Description
Long turned wood handle flat nosed cobblers pliers. The lower metal bar which is connected to the wood handle is "S" shaped whilst the upper curved pincher bar is fixed to the lower bar near the top end. The upper bar is pushed downwards to action the closure of the pliers.
