Recipe book used by Maggie Callaghan at the Bella Vista boarding house (Knox Street, Hamilton). Donor records that this book was likely passed to Maggie by her mother Ellen Callaghan (nee Sutton).
Bella Vista building was erected in 1895, and was run as a boarding house from 1912 until the late 1960s. It was demolished in 1972. Bella Vista was run by Margaret (Maggie) Callaghan.
