Used for storing smaller valuables, also betel or tobacco. Imported from Brunei or made by Maloh craftsmen. Part of wealth of one family, inherited as an heirloom.

Brass, rectangular box with a raised geometric and floral design on the sides and the top of the lid. No handle or catch.
