 Description
Small Siver Manicure tool, one end is pointed sharp for cleaning under nails by removing grime. The other end of the implement is circular shaped (almost like a little spoon) for pushing down cuticles on nails. Between the two ends of the implement the metal is twisted for ease of handling.
