Full length silk petticoat

Description
A black silk full length petticoat. It has a wide, shallow, round neckline.
No sleeves. There is a seam at the waistline. A vandyke pattern on the bodice back at front, but obscured at front with applied lace yoke. Lace edging is also added at the hem. Flares out slightly to hem.
