Description
42 piece formal setting dinnerset, part of a much larger set of crockery used in the University of Waikato Council Chambers when entertaining dignitaries and business leaders to assist in the development of the new University. This was likely in use from shortly after the University's inception, depicting the coat of arms which was designed in 1965. This original coat of arms was in use until the mid 1990s.
