Shells

Maker
Gary Tricker
Description
Various sea shells. Aquatint has been used to create a soft atmospheric effect, and the shells are outlined thickly in drypoint. A large area of what appears to be mesh is incorporated in the final print, perhaps etched on the plate prior to the drypoint, or physically printed as a separate layer on the paper, separate from the print itself.
