Description
Black silk dress flocked with underslip and bolero. This garment belonged to a set of tailored clothes worn c. 1920s–1940 by Elise Bullock, whose husband Alfred owned a timber business in Hamilton (A.E. Bullock and Sons). The couple was prominent in local affairs and lived at 6 Clifton Rd, Claudelands.
