History/Notes: Used by WRD Members, 1949-61
Brass tag with green painted star at top RH corner, 2x green painted strips in a wave design from top LH Side to Bottom RH side, the top one in a lighter green than bottom one. At bottom LH side letters embossed "WRC". Hole at top centre with brass link and attached green looped cord. Shape of bottom of tag is pointed.
