Description
Tall guilded case with pitched top. The lower glass tablet on front door is a hand painted scene of two people viewing a castle on a hill top from a boat in the water. The dial face which is viewed from the upper glass tablet of the front door has roman black numerials with plain black painted hands. On all edges of the front face of case there is a double broad decorative pattern. The same decorative pattern is a single row on the base at the front face and side edges. The door handle is possibly made from moonstone with a surrounding rim.
