Small, thin silver diamond-shaped token with engraving of a war soldier sitting and a nurse standing behind him with her hand on his shoulder. A red, white and blue striped ribbon is attached at the top centre. This was designed and manufactured by René Jules Lalique in France during World War I.

During WWI Lalique produced a number of tokens to promote and fundraise for charities. René Lalique was world renown for his skills as an engraver and designer of glassware and metal wear.
