Description
Photograph taken in 1985 by commissioned photographer, David Cook, for inclusion in the 2000 exhibition "Shifting Ground: Stories from Rotowaro". Image depicts 2 men, both dressed in workclothes and wearing headlamped helmets. They are pushing skip loaded with coal - they appear to be inside a mine shaft. A third man is in the upper left corner - his hand is also on a skip as he pushes aside canvas to let himself into the greater area of the frame.
