Description
Paper scroll with a drawing of a fishing scene in black ink and a centre rod at the end, possibly jade. Bordered at each end with 180mm of white silk. Beginning of scroll is blue paper flecked with gold, 115mm of cream silk, 590mm of white silk. The first 225mm is backed with faded blue/green/rust/brown embroidery. A length of red and white fabric to tie the scroll has a white jade stone attached at the end.

There is a short Chinese script on a thin slip of paper adhered to the reverse outside edge, alongside a wax seal.
