Description
Tapa is made by heavy beating of bark. Each stage of production requires a different beater. The beaters have varying patterns on carved surface.
This beater is made of hardwood. It is widely grooved on three sides and smooth on one surface. It has a smooth handle. The working part of the beater is an unusual pyramid shape rather than oblong.
