Brief Description Made of muka (processed flax fibre) with kaka feathered borders adorning the body of the cloak. Due to aging, the muka has turned a slight yellow colour. A small natural coloured fringe completes the bottom edge. This korowai was worn by Duncan MacIintyre during a visit of Queen Elizabeth II to New Zealand.

Made from muka (processed flax fibre), decorated with kaka feathers, mawhitiwhiti (cross stitch) pattern, tasselled fringe and tan (tanekaha) and whatu border.
