Description
Delicate floral embroidery and lace is a distinctive feature on the sleeves and bodice of this long white cotton christening gown. It has a short sleeve style and is gathered in at the bodice. The bodice has three front panels with embroidery in the middle panel. The hem is also embroidered. At the back of the gown there is a ruff along the neck and a long opening with two ties.

The long petticoat with it's narrow straps, is also made of cotton. It has a small plain bodice top, with three panels in the skirt below. It is edged with peats and the hem is embroidered at the bottom. The opening at the back has three small cream buttons.
