The cape is made from fine cream plain weave wool fabric. It has a Peter Pan collar and round neck. Open at front - round cut front edges. Collar and cape are decorated with cream satin ribbon and wide frills, decorated with broderie anglaise in silk thread. The cape also has a pattern in ribbon. The cape ties at the neck with a ribbon.
